Below is the official arrest warrant U.S. Marshals used to bring Young Thug into custody this morning, per Pigeons & Planes.
The warrant mentions that “the accused threatened to shoot victim in the face with the purpose of terrorizing Mr. Chris May,” Mr. May being the head of security at a mall Thug was reportedly being escorted out of.
By definition, a terroristic threat consists of the following:
Thug was nabbed by authorities in Atlanta this morning
Early this morning, Young Thug was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Atlanta thanks to an outstanding warrant–issued by a Georgia police department–for making terroristic threats. He wa transferred to Dekalb County Jail this morning, where he will await his bond hearing.
As of now, there are very few details as to what Thug did or said that has him in this predicament. An official statement from the spokesman for the U.S. Marshals goes as follows.
Williams was wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with terroristic threats stemming from an incident that occurred with the jurisdiction of the Dunwoody police.
