Gucci is again in violation of his probation and was given another 12 months in jail. MTV reports that he will only do 6 months but that will mean that he will be locked up when his album "The State vs. Radric Davis" drops December 8th. Hopefully this boosts his sales/buzz. Last time this happened he came home bigger than ever...FREE GUCCI and Max B!!
