Earlier this week, rumors floated around saying Max B's appeal had been denied and that he would stay in jail until 2042. According to XclusivesZone, the rumors are false. All the paperwork for Max B's appeal was filed by his lawyers, but there is no word back just yet from the courts Amalgam Digital's CEO says the official word will be in April.
